Time for the main attraction

Over the years we have done a few tongariro national park tours but we haven’t managed to do the main attraction which is the crossing. We plan to remedy that very soon with another trip planned and two days set aside for doing the trek, just in case the weather is not suitable on the first day. I am hoping that one reserve day will be enough as we don’t have any more spare time to be able to spend there. If we can’t do it on either day then we will just have to try again another time which isn’t a bad thing as it means we get to make another trip down there.
