What Is the Best Program to Remove the Security Tool Virus?

How can I get rid of all the pop ups that are appearing on my computer? I have no idea where they are all coming from and they are really getting annoying. I searched on line for an answer and it looks like I have been invaded by the security tool removal program that is swarming the Internet. I read that it is extremely dangerous and can destroy a computer. Thank goodness there is some good information on the Internet that will really work for removing this and other deadly viruses. After downloading a safe program, it cleaned up my computer and now it is working fine again.
