    The Best Weight Training Relies on a Combination of Body, Heart and Mind

    The best weight training you can do has got to come from three elements. Physical effort, of course, is the first of these – you have to put in the time, and you have to be willing to give it your all. Right alongside this is heart: you have to be dedicated, willing to go train in the rain, in the cold, when you don’t feel like it, et cetera. Commitment is key, and commitment comes from the heart. Finally, the mind comes in: you’ve got to be smart about it and do your research. Sure, you’ll eventually see some results just by virtue of going in and picking up heavy stuff a few hours a week, but if you know what you’re doing and can target your efforts accordingly, you’ll get maximum return on the time and work you put in.
