It is just the little things in life that make it worth it, doesn’t it? When doing something, even if it is little like keeping a door open an extra second or two for someone that is coming along, it makes it worthwhile if they say a little something to you after they have gone through the door. Simple thank you phrases really mean the difference to you if you are doing something for someone else. It makes you want to keep doing nice things and believe that there are other nice people in the world that acknowledge your actions.
