Focus on Leg Strength in Increasing Vertical Jump

While my son was working out through the summer, he had his eye on the upcoming basketball season. He was aiming to be a strong player for the school team this year and had been working with a coach to tackle some of his weaknesses. He was reading a lot on How To Increase Your Vertical Jump, as he knew that was going to be a key in helping him stand out from the crowd this season. He was already working on increasing his leg strength and he had seen a remarkable improvement already. He was getting anxious for the season to start so he could test out his new skills.
