UK Toddler Buys Car on eBay

    August 24th, 2010 by admin

I remember reading about some child that purchased a car off of eBay.  I thought, this is impossible… but then I saw what a toddler could do first hand.  One night I came home to find my computer screen upside down.  No, not physically, but everything on the screen was rotated.  I can’t image how my son was able to access the display drivers and do this… but he did.

My immediate fear was if he deleted anything.  I had no way of knowing.  I keep so many vital records on my computer…  So, I bit the bullet and did a restore from backup.  At least, this way, I knew everything (except the last day) was still there.

AT this point, I got wise to a software solution. Peanut Butter PC was the key software to lock-down and protect my computer from my own offspring :-)   It creates a wall-off play area that my son can completely navigate and control… without touching anything of mine.  I highly recommend it.
