Concerns Before Buying

My wife and I are considering purchasing a new home, yet the one we like has a number of issues. These will either need to be taken care of before we go to closing or the current owners will need to drop the price. My biggest concern is the fact that they have two boilers in their home. Most houses only require one from my understanding. I have never lived in a home with a boiler so I’m not completely sure, yet it still worries me. I am going to call around to a few heating companies to get their opinion. I’m not going to purchase a house that will require major repairs in order to have heat.
