    My Doctor Wants Me on a Fast Weight Loss Diet Plan

    I need to have major surgery as soon as possible, and my doctor says that I must lose as much weight as I can before he is willing to perform the operation. He has suggested a fast weight loss diet plan that he says will take off those pounds, but it looks pretty rigorous to me. I guess I’ll have to buckle down and make this happen for my health’s sake, but I am certainly not looking forward to it. I have no one to blame but myself for letting my body get in this bad way. I guess it’s time to start paying the piper.
