there are many ways to get fat loss workouts. one the best ways to do it my opinion is to use high intensity in what ever kind of program that you are doing. make sure that you are making each workout harder or more tough then the one before it. this way your body will not have a chance to adjust and it has to keep onn guessing as to what it needs to be doing next and is always challenged. this is how you stimulate your muslces to grow stronger and then larger. it is the best way to do it.
