I am a Healthy Food Fanatic

I am not ashamed to admit it, but I like to eat. However, I am the proper weight and have a BMI that is right smack in the middle of the range. Part of the reason for my healthy weight is that I usually have a healthy food on my plate. I eat things like low fat yogurt, blueberries, avocado, salmon, peanut butter, white breast chicken, tuna. When I eat breads I go for whole grains or twelve grains. When I eat cereals I stick with the ones that contain very little sugar and more fiber. This seems to work for me well.
