My husband and his business partner just negotiated a deal for their construction company. It’s a really big project, an apartment community for the elderly. The first thing that they’re going to need to do is to draw up the plans. Then they’ll have to hire some temporary workers. They’ll also need to purchase some new equipment, including a material handling cart. Word has leaked out that this project is going to take place, and the local community is really excited about it. It means jobs for people around here, not only for construction, but also people who will be working in the community once it’s finished.
