I really like that I am at a point in my life where I have “people”. People meaning someone I can talk to about big and major decisions in my life and since I have used their services before then I can count on them in my future. Since I have owned several houses in the Washington state area I have the same seattle mortgage bank that I am very comfortable with. Any time I have questions or of course I am thinking about another loan or even a refinance I have just the guy to go to without having to worry about service.
