Ok, you have done your homework very well, you have prepared a really outstanding resume and motivation letter and as a result your application got chosen and approved by the recruiter. Congratulations! Now you are half way through to land your next job. Before you celebrate that, put some effort and prepare for the interview. How you perform during your interview, will get you what you want or you will have to start the whole process all over again. First of all you need to find out more about the company, their corporate culture, their mission statement and what they value. Think why you want to work for them, what your talents and skills are, what will benefit your new employer. Ask yourself what your biggest weakness is and what you do to turn it into your strength.
